CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING :

Cancellations or reschedules less than 36 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service price.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the service price

NO SHOWS : Failure to arrive without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.

LATE ARRIVALS : Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS : True emergencies are reviewed case-by-case. Work conflicts, traffic, or scheduling issues do not qualify as emergencies.

Priscilla (She/Her/Ella) has suffered all her life with acne, which has been a driving factor in her pursuit of education to understand the why and how to effectively treat acne. This passion led her to start her career in esthetics and to continue learning the latest and most efficient services and techniques to treat skin. She is a skilled esthetician and acne specialist from the Bay Area, providing skin care and waxing services. A graduate of the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics & Cosmetology, she also has experience at a busy acne clinic in the East Bay which laid the groundwork for her excellent customer service skills and effective treatment services. Priscilla is knowledgeable and passionate about acne and skincare for all. She is dedicated to improving lives through results-oriented treatments and helping clients with long-term skin concerns.

(She/Her/Hers/Ella) Licensed Paramedical Aesthetician Acne Specialist

Jodi (She/Her/Ella) has dedicated her life to health & healing beginning with a career as a paramedic for 24 years. This has helped her excel as a skilled esthetician & acne specialist with her vast knowledge of anatomy physiology and chemistry. A San Francisco Native and graduate of the San Francisco Institute of Esthetics & Cosmetology, providing acne treatments, skin care, waxing, & lashes services. Jodi also a Makeup artist has experience in many techniques & styles such as airbrush, runway, camouflage and special-effects. Jodi is passionate about improving lives of acne sufferers through high quality skin therapy, helping with long-term skin issues and loves creating rapports with clients.
